Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
Overview
This policy describes how this website collects, uses, and shares information about you, whether you reach us directly or through an advertisement on platforms such as Facebook or Instagram. It applies to infiniteyachtgroup.com and to lead forms we run on Meta platforms.
Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry or consultation form — on this site or through an instant/lead form on Facebook or Instagram — we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, your message, and, when you inquire about a specific vessel, the listing you asked about.
Like most websites, we also collect certain information automatically when you visit: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site (for example, from a specific advertisement). Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described below.
We do not require an account, and we do not collect payment information through this site.
How we use it
Inquiry details are used to respond to you about buying, selling, or the vessel you asked about. Submissions are delivered to Jerry Gilpin and stored in the customer-relationship system operated for this site by Yachting Advisors, which processes them on our behalf.
We also use the information described above to measure how our advertising performs, to improve the site, and to show you more relevant ads — as explained in the next section.
Advertising, cookies, and the Meta Pixel
We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and use Meta's business tools — including the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API — on this site. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your visit, such as the pages you view, the actions you take (for example, submitting an inquiry), and standard device information, and share it with Meta Platforms, Inc.
This information is used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, to reach people who have visited this site with relevant ads (retargeting), and to build audiences of people with similar interests. Where we share contact details with Meta for ad measurement or audience matching, they are hashed (irreversibly encoded) before being sent. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy.
If you contact us through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta delivers your responses to us, and we use them only as described in this policy.
Your advertising choices
You can control how this data is used for advertising at any time:
— Adjust the ads you see from Meta in your Facebook ad preferences.
— Opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at aboutads.info or networkadvertising.org.
— Block or delete cookies through your browser settings; most browsers also offer a private-browsing mode.
Opting out does not mean you will see fewer ads — only that they will be less tailored to you.
Analytics
We may use standard website analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location, and device type. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
Listing imagery and data
Vessel listings, photographs, and specifications are provided by third-party brokerage data services. Listing photographs load directly from those services' servers, which may receive standard technical request data (such as your IP address) when images are displayed.
How we share information
We share personal information only with the service providers that operate this site and its inquiry handling on our behalf (such as Yachting Advisors and its hosting and customer-relationship systems), with Meta as described above for advertising measurement, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
Data retention
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to work with you and to maintain a record of the brokerage relationship, after which they are deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion sooner at any time using the contact details below.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights and choices
To review, correct, or delete information you have submitted through this site or through one of our ads — or to opt out of marketing communications — contact Jerry Gilpin at jerryg@owyg.com or 772-359-5745. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we honor such requests regardless of where you reside.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we collect or use personal information — for example, by adding new advertising or analytics tools — we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date above.
