The 2000 55’ Viking Convertible is a legendary offshore sportfishing yacht, widely respected for its combination of tournament-level performance, rugged construction, and refined cruising accommodations. Built on a solid fiberglass modified-V hull, this model delivers a smooth, stable ride in challenging offshore conditions while maintaining the speed and agility serious anglers demand. With twin high-horsepower diesel engines, the vessel is capable of cruising around 30 knots with top speeds approaching the mid-30-knot range. 

Below deck, the 55 Convertible showcases Viking’s hallmark craftsmanship with a spacious three-stateroom, two-head layout. The salon is open and inviting, highlighted by high-gloss teak cabinetry, large windows, and comfortable seating, seamlessly connecting to a well-appointed galley with premium appliances and ample storage. The master stateroom is typically located amidships for maximum comfort, complemented by a forward VIP and an additional guest cabin, making the vessel well-suited for extended trips with family or guests.
