KEFI combines the space and entertaining areas of a 105-foot Sunseeker with a substantial, documented program of mechanical service and systems improvements. Her recent records cover a custom main-engine exhaust refit, service to both main-engine heat exchangers, shaft and running-gear work, stabilizer service, replacement batteries and chargers, freshwater-system work and attention to climate control throughout the accommodation areas. 

The most significant dated work includes the main-engine exhaust refit documented in July 2025, both main-engine heat exchangers serviced in October 2025, and extensive underwater-hull, shaft, bearing, seal and stabilizer work invoiced in May 2026. Main-engine, transmission and generator service is documented through June 24, 2026. A newer port Kohler 35 kW generator complements the starboard generator, which the captain reports has 1,826 hours since major overhaul. 

The four-stateroom arrangement includes an on-deck VIP suite, a full-beam master suite and two twin guest cabins, each with ensuite facilities. A separate main-deck day head and crew accommodations for five in three cabins support the yacht’s guest layout. Inside, broad windows, warm wood cabinetry, light-colored seating and a forward dining area create an inviting main saloon. 

Outdoor living is equally well represented, with covered aft-deck dining, a large flybridge lounge and wet bar, sun lounging areas, foredeck seating and a hydraulic swim platform. The aft garage provides a dedicated space for watersports equipment and storage, keeping those activities separate from the main guest areas.
