DETAILS AND HISTORY OF THIS BOAT

TWO SEAS II pairs the warmth of a richly finished yacht interior with generous spaces for life on the water. With three staterooms, a hardtop flybridge and a 16-foot-6-inch beam, this Marquis 59 offers room to host friends for the afternoon and the privacy to welcome them aboard for a longer stay.

High-gloss wood cabinetry, hardwood flooring and broad windows define the salon, where opposing sofas surround a central table. The raised galley and dining area keep meals and conversation connected. Separate Sub-Zero refrigeration and freezer, solid-surface counters, a cooktop and convection oven make dining aboard part of the pleasure rather than a compromise.

The enclosed hardtop flybridge provides a second setting for entertaining, with a grill, refrigerator and icemaker close at hand. Teak decking and an aft cockpit dining area extend the living spaces outdoors, while the hydraulic swim platform brings guests closer to the water.

Below, three owner and guest staterooms are served by two heads, including a tub/shower in the owner's head and a separate guest shower. Aft crew accommodations and an onboard washer/dryer add flexibility for extended stays.

Twin 825-hp MTU Series 60 diesels deliver 1,650 combined horsepower through conventional shafts. Lower and upper helms, additional cockpit engine controls, Garmin chartplotters, radar and autopilot support life underway. A Kohler diesel generator and dual Racor engine filtration round out the equipment.

Spending her life in Newfoundland ,Her previous long-term owner reported indoor winter storage, a Garmin electronics upgrade in 2021, annual engine and generator oil/filter changes, transmission oil/filter changes every two years, and annual anode replacement and shaft-cutter maintenance. His maintenance history also records bottom painting approximately every three years.

Wajax inspected the MTU engines and generator on August 24, 2026. The August 2026 marine survey rated the yacht's overall condition Above Average and recorded 1,944 hours on the engines and 2,030 hours on the generator.
