THE GOOD LIFE has been lovingly maintained by her original owners since Day 1 who have lived aboard for the last 15 years. Her John Deere and Northern Lights genset have enjoyed careful maintenance supported by regular oil analysis such that a rigid mechanical survey will show many years of reliable service ahead. She has cruised between the Canadian Maritimes and Bahamas seasonally, providing her owners, friends, and family with priceless memories.  She is equipped for all forms of cruising styles, from inland waterways to open ocean, all with comfort and safety  fi rst and foremost. A sistership has crossed the Atlantic twice so she is truly a Great Looper that can do bluewater too. Her displacement / length ratio of 283 allows her to carry generous loads of fuel & cruising stores for extended cruising without unduly affected her fuel efficiency. Though  stabilized, her  slack bilges and her wineglass transom provide for a more comfortable motion due to a slower roll period than other trawlers while her 2,500 # of encapsulated lead ballast improve her righting moment for increased safety at sea.
