The layout of  Margarita  is carefully detailed to ensure guests are comfortable and enjoying their time. Some noteworthy features on  Margarita   are the generous lounge areas, hand-finished interior, and teak decks. The galley is extensively large and ready to serve its guests with state of the art culinary utensils and appliances. 

Margarita   has been thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests across three well-appointed suites. Margarita was drawn out with meticulous attention to detail to ensure fluidity throughout the yacht. The floorplan was carefully constructed with  bringing the pilothouse utility and long‑range capability together with very domestic‑scale interior spaces—notably the “home‑sized” galley

She carries up to two crew members, ensuring a relaxed and refined yachting experience. 

Margarita  delivers both performance and style. She is powered by twin MTU 10V 2000 M94 diesel engines producing 1,500 hp each, allowing her to cruise comfortably at 19 knots and reach a top speed of 24 knots.

- Galley Layout: This Ocean Alexander is known for a large, walk‑in “country” galley/pantry adjacent to the pilothouse and main salon, with generous circulation and direct access to the salon and crew/service areas

- Attention to detail: With top of the line granite countertops and solid high‑gloss wood cabinetry, this Ocean Alexander comes with plentiful storage and large work surfaces. 

- Appliances & systems:  Margarita  is fitted with premium stainless steel galley appliances including a full set of refrigeration/freezer space, convection/oven, and dishwashing capacity — essentially a full household kitchen scaled for yachting. 

  Overview of Staterooms and Guest Accommodation:  

- Master suite: The lower‑deck master is full‑beam and some of the standout features—an island king berth, expansive wardrobe/locker space, vanity/desk area and a luxurious en‑suite arrangement with his‑and‑hers heads and a large shared shower stall finished in granite. The owner’s cabin is built with generous ceiling height and storage, often laid out to include a sofa or workspace, with a  full‑beam layout that reads more like a condominium master suite than a typical yacht cabin. 

- VIP & guest cabins: Forward VIP stateroom has a centerline queen with overhead skylight and cedar‑lined lockers; the port guest cabin has twin berths that convert or sit as twins with ample storage and an en‑suite head. In total the standard layout is three guest staterooms plus crew quarters (crew cabin and head/entry from cockpit). 

- Crew quarters & service access: Crew accommodations are accessed via the cockpit and include a small cabin and head with direct access to the engine room—designed to keep service discreet.  

Overview of Engineering, Performance, & Hull

- Engines: This Ocean Alexander model is equipped with a higher‑power MTU 10V series hull.  Margarita  is designed to cruise with ease, as well as make incredible speed if needed. 

- Hull & Ride systems:  Margarita  uses a semi‑displacement, high‑quality hull construction and is equipped with fin stabilizers for comfort underway and at anchor. Bow and stern thrusters were standard or common factory options to improve close‑quarters maneuvering. Constructed with a GRP hull and superstructure and finished with elegant teak decks, 3 Staterooms with ensuite heads

Overview of Decks, Salon & Exterior

- Salon & Pilothouse: Large salon with multiple seating areas, entertainment center, and a pilothouse that flows toward the galley and dinette. The pilothouse has full instrumentation and space for a curved pilot dinette.

- Cockpit & Swim Platform: Generous cockpit with seating and access hatch to crew/engine spaces; extended swim platform with teak and davit or tender stowage options.

- HVAC & Comfort: Central  Cruisair and Dometic  chilled‑water A/C systems with dual chillers and ECU control. Stabilizers, bow and stern thrusters, and quality audio/distribution systems are installed.

- Navigation & Electronics: Satellite DBS, Camera system, Communication system, VHF transceiver, VHF antenna, Autopilot system, Rader system, AIS receiver, AIS, satellite TV.
