• Full Seakeeper annual service completed
• Heat exchanger replaced
• Glycol pump replaced
• System flushed, serviced, and tested
• Unit operating properly with no active alarms

April 2025 – Yard Period / Major Service

• Vessel hauled, blocked, and launched
• Bottom sanded and antifouling paint applied (2 coats)
• Running gear cleaned to bare metal and Prop Speed applied
• Swim platform brackets sanded, primed, and painted
• Bilge pump replaced
• Hydraulic system serviced, including hose replacement and system purge
• Shore power outlet replaced
• A/C intake system upgraded with new thru-hull and valve
• Cockpit drainage system inspected and serviced
• Electrical and navigation systems inspected and serviced as needed
• Annual Seakeeper service performed during yard period

December 2024 – A/C System Upgrade

• New Dometic chiller unit installed
• Removal of original system and full installation completed
• Remote control system installed
• System upgraded for improved efficiency and reliability
