OWNER'S HISTORY

We have thoroughly enjoyed the past five years exploring the Mediterranean aboard Little Bear. During this time, we have sailed for four to five months each year, and the yacht has proved exceptional in every respect.

Little Bear is presented in excellent condition, having always benefited from meticulous care and professional maintenance throughout our ownership. In our opinion, the AMEL 50 is the ideal blue-water cruising yacht. Its hardtop-covered cockpit creates a superb additional living area, providing shade and comfort in hot weather while remaining warm, dry and fully protected when conditions deteriorate.

The yacht is remarkably easy to handle, allowing a crew of two to sail comfortably and safely in all conditions. It also offers exceptional comfort for family and guests, thanks to its luxurious forward and aft cabins. A separate bunk cabin is ideal for grandchildren or for accommodating an additional crew member.

The combination of the generator, watermaker, battery bank and solar panels provides genuine self-sufficiency, allowing extended periods at anchor away from marinas. As a result, we have spent most of our cruising time enjoying life at anchor in some of the most beautiful locations in the Mediterranean.
